Roosevelt Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, the adjoining skilled nursing facility to Lexington Renal Care provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation care and services.When requiring hemodialysis, an individual is able to receive inpatient skilled nursing care and rehabilitation at Roosevelt and dialysis within the on campus, Lexington Renal Care. Patients recovering at Roosevelt have the luxury of receiving dialysis in a state of the art, on campus, dialysis center at Lexington Renal Care vs. partaking in often grueling transportation to and from outpatient dialysis centers.Lexington Renal Care offers a next level approach to In-center treatment delivered by a highly trained clinical team of licensed professionals.Supported by the advanced equipment and technology, a modern and comfortable environment and hospitality focused care experience, Hemodialysis has never been experienced the same.Upon being clinically stable and ready for discharge, patients receiving in center dialysis at Lexington Renal Care may qualify for continued dialysis in the same comfortable environment via the Outpatient offerings. All will be coordinated by the Lexington Team.
